A few years ago we decided to rethink the working week at Nicholson, we conducted an experiment and gave everybody in the company Fridays off, permanently!
The experiment was a huge success and we’ve enjoyed year on year growth ever since. Nicholson is a specialist technology headhunter, we hire mid-senior level executives with clients across Europe & US ranging from some of the biggest software companies in the world to niche E-commerce start ups.
We have ambitious growth plans and we now need experienced Consultants to join our London based technology teams for the UK, French and German markets. We will develop your sales and recruitment skills as well as provide training in retained executive search. We will also develop your knowledge of a specific market, recruiting senior commercial and technical executives for some of the world’s most exciting technology brands.
You need to be prepared to work hard, have a passion for people and business and be a natural networker. If you have that mix, the financial rewards and job satisfaction can be substantial. Ideally you will have had some recruitment or relevant commercial experience, however more importantly is your ability to demonstrate a genuine flare for sales, a determination to succeed and great relationship building skills.
