Aptitude Software are a software provider that help „CFOs to navigate the rapid pace of finance and accounting change“. Their tailored service works with elements of finance digitisation, subscription management, compliance and revenue management to provide clients with a clear solution to drive growth.

Their clientele range widely, working within areas such as: sales, marketing, engineering, and professional services.

Consistently innovating with the times, Aptitude have recently rebranded, launched a UK company acquisition and have also moved to working completely cloud-based. Their ethos of driving change echoes through their company culture.

The search involves sourcing candidates at different levels, suitable for different roles within the same team. The consultants undertake a thorough face-to-face candidate screening, submit a refined shortlist of candidates to the organisation for review before arranging interviews. Our consultants support the final selection process, make the offers and close the successful candidates whilst providing thorough feedback to all parties.

Result: A growing team

Across the UK and US, Nicholson Search and Selection have placed over 190 people over the span of 10-12 years.

Although we work on both retained and contingency searches with Aptitude, we largely work with them exclusively. We attribute this to the time and care taken to truly know their business and our track-record of delivery.
