Andrada’s journey with us began over 10 years ago as a German-speaking consultant. It quickly became evident that her talents were best suited for an operational role. Since then, Andrada has transformed our business operations, playing a pivotal role in the smooth opening of our offices in France and Germany.
Her contributions have been integral to our growth. Andrada’s expertise in assessing, implementing, and communicating new technologies, systems, and procedures across Finance, HR, and IT has significantly enhanced our efficiency. She consistently navigates new challenges with great efficiency, earning the trust and respect of all her colleagues.
As our new COO, she will continue to lead critical strategic initiatives, oversee key operational functions, and drive innovation, fueling our continued growth and success.
