One of our main objectives when Nicholson first partnered with CreativeX was to build up their Marketing team from scratch.
We worked alongside CEO, Anastasia Leng, to really understand the needs for her team. CreativeX’s plan was to push into a high-growth stage which hinged on their marketing capacity. So our role as a hiring partner was to be was efficient and accurate as possible with our potential candidates.
We made sure to carefully pre-screen candidates, making sure that their ambitions, motivations and skillsets were fitting to CreativeX’s vision.
