A recruitment agency can be a fickle beast at times, but whether new recruits enjoy and thrive in your business ultimately comes down to the leadership. 

We always found that we do things a little differently to the average recruitment company, opting for a more human approach opposed to the KPI driven, consultant churning, stress-fest of our competitors.
