This week, our CEO and Chairman (Julien Gargowitsch and John Nash) travelled to Krakow to meet with our new business partner MOTIFE.
MOTIFE are a Polish organisation which “help businesses scale up their development teams with tailored offshoring solutions.”
Their experienced consultants and advisers have over 15 years of international experience in the field of IT recruitment. They support clients with end-to-end hiring and help them to kick start their local presence.
Alongside MOTIFE, we aim to expand our reach and further support our clients who wish to build their technology teams in Central Europe.
Since the beginning of our partnership in January, we have already successfully worked together on several projects.
However, it was a fantastic experience for both John and Julien to further solidify the relationship by visiting Krakow in person.
